4.b. Consider approval of Task Order #1 of the Master Agreement between the City of Cody and Engineering Associated for preliminary engineering and design of the Wastewater Treatment Facility – Aerated Lagoon Cover Replacement – Preliminary Engineering & Design for an amount not to exceed $15,000, authorize the mayor to sign all associated documents contingent up on review by City Attorney.

4.c. Consider approval of Final Acceptance, Final Payment, Release of Retainage to Harris Trucking and Construction & Letter of Relinquishment for the Wastewater Treatment Facility – Phase 2 Treatment Process Upgrade Project and authorize the Mayor to sign all associated documents

4.d. Ordinance 2025-18 – First Reading An Ordinance Amending Title 8, Chapter 4, Article II of the Cody of Cody Municipal Code – Stormwater Drainage Utility Services Rates.

4.e. Resolution 2025-11 A Resolution authorizing the submission of an application for a State Revolving Fund Loan for $1.0 million to purchase a new vacuum truck for Lead Service Line Inspection Project
