4.a. Consider appointing Roy Holms to the Shoshone Municipal Pipeline Board for a three-year term (July 1, 2025- June 30, 2028) Staff Reference: Cindy Baker Administrative Services Officer
4.b. Consider The “Cody Gun Slingers” request for a street closure to hold daily Western Re-Enactment Shows June 5, 2025 through September 20, 2025 on 12th Street between Sheridan Avenue and the first alley south of Sheridan Avenue with conditions as outlined and providing Chief Stafford with all required documents prior to first performance. The Cody Gun Slingers would also request the Council consider allowing the Site Safety Manager the ability to be a performer nightly and/or allow a sharp blunt object (knife) to be utilized during the performance, but not within 10 feet of audience.
