4.b. Consider approving a request an exception to Condition #1 of the Les Schwab site plan approval regarding that the Saturn Street improvements be completed prior to issuance of the Les Schwab building permit and also an exception to Condition #6 of the Khan Subdivision approval requiring the same. Contingent upon the irrevocable letter of credit for the full cost of the Saturn Street off-site work, per Les Schwab condition #1, to facilitate the issuance of a building permit to allow the concurrent construction of the Les Schwab Tire Center development.
