3. A Public Hearing to consider if it is in the public interest to issue a transfer of Ownership, as well as, transfer of Location of a Retail Liquor License to Yellowstone Beverages, LLC to be located at 1234 Sheridan Ave.

4.a. Consider approving the application for transfer of Ownership, as well as, transfer of Location of a Retail Liquor License to Yellowstone Beverages, LLC to be located at 1234 Sheridan Ave. Noting transfer would be in a non-operating status and issuance to operating status would require the issuance of a certificate of occupancy. 4.b. Resolution 2025-06 A Resolution amending the City of Cody Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025. Leslie Brumage, Finance Officer.

4.c. Authorize the Mayor to enter into and sign the Settlement & Release Agreement between Harris Trucking & Construction Co., Environmental Dynamics International, Inc and the City of Cody. Staff Reference: Phillip Bowman, Public Works Director and/or Scott Kolpitcke, City Attorney
