Consider a request from Jacque Cobourn to close three parking spots on the west side of 13th Street, adjacent to the City Auditorium on Friday, July 26th at noon through Sunday, July 28th at 11 AM to allow a trailer/smoker to park there in conjunction with a wedding reception on Saturday July 27th.

4.b. Consider approving a Preliminary Plat for a proposed 48-Unit Senior Living Apartment Planned Unit Development (PUD) on Cougar Ave.

4.c. Ordinance 2024-05 Second Reading An Ordinance Rezoning Lot 9 of the Spirit Mountain Subdivision, a 1.11- Acre Parcel Located on 117 Spirit Mountain Drive to Medium-Low Density Residential (R2).

4.d. Consider approval of the Short Form Agreement between the Owner ad Engineer for Design Services with HDR Engineering, Inc. for the Public Works North Lift Station Upgrade Project for the amount of $60,020 and authorize the mayor to sign and execute all associated documents.\
