4.a. Consider approving the application for a Microbrewery Permit received from Cody Craft Brewing, LLC for 1732 Sheridan Ave.
4.b. Consider a request from the “Wild Bunch Entertainers” (WBE) to hold western re-enactment gunfighter shows May 31, 2021 through September18, 2021 on 12th Street between Sheridan Ave and the first alley south of Sheridan Ave. Street Closure and barricades to be set up at 5:30 p.m., while allowing vacated parking spots to be signed for no parking starting at 5:00 p.m. and tear down by 7:00 p.m. Approval conditional upon the receipt of the signed “Conditions for Discharging Weapons in the City of Cody for the WBE Summer 2021 Re-enactment Shows document, proof of liability insurance and following all Orders issued by the State of Wyoming and Park County Public Health relating to gatherings and the COVID-19 Pandemic.
4.c. Consider authorizing three food vendors the ability to reserve and park on City Streets adjacent to City Park (two on 9th and one on Beck Ave), authorize an open container permit and malt beverage permits from 3pm to 7pm on Sunday June 27th for the Cody Community Theatre Fundraiser Showcase Event.
4.d. Consider approving the Buffalo Bill 5-10 K races on Saturday, September 18th subject to staff recommendations and conditions outlined in Summary Report. – which would include but not limited to – the closure of 10th Street from Beck to Sheridan Ave, and Beck Ave between 9th and 10th Street, authorize a malt beverage permit and open container permit, as well as mobile vendors (will park on 10th Street). Event Coordinators will provide liability insurance for event.
4.e. Consider a request from the Cody Stampede Board for the egress traffic control assistance and additional Police presence from the Cody Police Department during their annual 2021 Fourth of July weekend events as inkind contribution in support of this major annual event. (Based on cost estimates from previous years – PD staff is approximately $11,610 – average of 36-man hours per event - boom lighting for four days $1,100 and cost for marked patrol car usage is $500)
4.f. Approve a Preliminary Plat for a 5-Lot subdivision by Best Choice, Inc., with associated variances and conditions of approval.
4.g. Authorize the Mayor to sign and execute the Cooperative Agreement and associated documents relating to the agreement between the City of Cody and Wyoming Department of Transportation for the Bighorn Avenue Corridor Study.
4.h. Approve Change Order No. 7a and 7b for the Wastewater Treatment Facility – Phase 2 Treatment Process Upgrade Project and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all associated documents.
